- Inside windows and Sills wiped
- Doors, Door handles, Light switches wiped
- Cobwebs removed
- Skirting boards, Air Conditioning / Heating Vents dusted
- Carpets Vacuumed, Hard Floors vacuumed and mopped
Carpet Cleaning
Professional Steam Cleaning of carpets using hot water extraction method. (Optional)
Window Cleaning (Outside)
All Windows are cleaned from inside. However, if you need windows cleaned from outside as well, it can be added for extra cost. (Optional)
Outdoor Areas
Balcony, Garage, Patio, Lawns, Driveway etc are not part of our End of Lease Cleaning checklist. These can be cleaned at extra cost. (Optional)
Housekeeping Services
Dish Washing, Laundry or Ironing are not included in our End Of Lease Cleaning.
However, these can be booked as part of our regular house cleaning service.
Trash Removal
We expect the place to be vacant of all furniture and rubbish before we can clean it. We do not provide rubbish removal service.
Curtains, Blinds Cleaning
We are not Curtain or Blinds cleaning specialists, so we don’t provide Curtain or Blinds Cleaning.
However, Blinds dusting can be done at additional cost.
